Hey, my name is Addie Welch and I am super excited to write my first blog post.  I am an interior design student at Randolph Community College in Asheboro, NC.  This is my second time in college and I am really excited about the possibilities to come. 

I have always had an interest in design of any kind.  I graduated from Sandhills Community College in 2008 with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology.  I spent time designing kitchens and baths for a cabinet company and then found my way to a designer in Southern Pines, NC.  I loved drafting and all aspects of architectural design. After I found out I was expecting my first child, I transitioned to working from home.  I wanted to open more possibilities and I have always loved interior design.  I am excited about my classes and learning opportunities that RCC will provide.
